How can I cancel and get a refund?

If you are a member and simply wish to cancel your subscription, you can cancel it yourself, any time you want, by logging into the members area and clicking the link that says "Cancel Membership". Or the best way, you can contact our helpdesk. We will promptly cancel your subscription and billing will stop. But before you do, make sure you check out all the great bonuses.
